We have used Eagles Ridge Resort for the past two years, and will continue to stay with them in the future. The whole process flowed smoothly, from online booking to communication through emails and text messages. We drove straight to the cabin with the GPS information given and able to enter with a key code. We received a courtesy phone call the morning after arrival from a representative of Eagles Ridge for a special personal touch. The cabin we rent is great for large groups. Would recommend this company.

A few housekeeping issues that we noticed. A leak in the fish room. It was addressed, but it continued to leak periodically. Just fyi! There was an outlet in the cowboy room’s bathroom that didn’t work on our last night. It was only noticed when a phone didn’t charge on the last night. Also that shower light went out during our stay! ❤️The cleaners might focus attention on the cob webs. 🙂 The cabin was beautiful and perfect for our girls weekend to TLC! ThNk you!

It is always a pleasure to stay in Cabin 854. The rooms and facilities are excellent. We will return again next year. The refrigerators, stove and other aspects of the kitchen are very good. The game room is perfect for everyone meeting there in the evenings.

It was a beautiful cabin with plenty of room for all of us. The game room was amazing and provided ongoing fun for all. Also it was located in the kitchen area so no one felt isolated when preparing meals. There were beautiful views and balconies on every level to relax and enjoy the outdoors The hot tub outside and jacuzzi tubs in every room was awesome. It was a perfect cabin for our family reunion !! Also the staff was quick to respond to all inquiries

The house was very nice and fit our family perfectly. The only thing I would change is giving at least 2 towels and some garbage bags. We kept buying the wrong size and had to make it work. I also would leave some dish soap and instructions about where the pool is. Other than that, the experience was great and we had an awesome time!

The cabin is in a great location and has just about everything you need. I would recommend new cookware and have the cleaning crew verify that all lights have bulbs, the deck is clear of raccoon poop and that all games work

good communication, clean cabin, well stocked, some important improvement needed. We love this cabin for large groups. The game room is excellent and the kitchen is well stocked. Let's face it, with a group that big, tough to go to a restaurant. Also, great to have that much parking! Specifics on the improvements include: when we arrived, the gas on the grill was on (no flame) and the grill was filthy. The electronic ignitor didn't work requiring us to lift the grates and move the flare-up guards to light. On first use, a grease fire started on the bottom of the grill and we had to let is burn off before using the grill. Grill should simply be replaced. Second, the upper oven door doesn't close well which causes some issues with use and heat retention. Third, the hot tub didn't heat up well after hours. Perhaps it needed 12+ hours to heat up, but a heads up on that would have been nice. May also be that heater is weakening.

Nice spacious cabin. Both kids and adults loved the game room. The kitchen could have been cleaner. Electrical could use updating. Several light bulbs needed replaced. Poor WiFi downstairs which made it difficult to watch tv/Netflix.

Loved the gameroom/jukebox. Wonderful gathering spot for the family. The cabin was spacious, and had many options of places to relax or enjoy the views. The appliances in the kitchen could use updating, as we used it every day. The beds were very comfortable, and the cabin is located only minutes from attractions in town. We also used the community pool 3 times, and while not convenient in proximity to our cabin, it provided a wonderful place to enjoy the weather we had.

Our family enjoyed all aspects and amenities of the cabin; singing along to the jukebox, playing video games, shooting pool, playing cards & video games, relaxing in the hot tub, dining at the large tables, enjoying the views, enjoying the king size beds. We look forward to coming back again. Even the folks working at the linen exchange were friendly, smiling and gracious.

The cabin was very nice, loved the way it was decorated and I would stay there again. The only problems is the toilet in the Wildlife BR, the handle would stick and you would have to pull up for the water to stop running, and the couches downstairs need a little tender loving care, so you do not go down so far when you sit down or go to the center of the couch, when three people sits on it, a piece of plywood would probably help under the cushions.

The cabin is awesome! We loved it! The only issue with the property was that the kitchen/dining area was in the basement. That was difficult for the elderly couple that was included in our group. From the pictures and information, I had not realized that. That was a problem for us, but it is probably not for most people.

Large and spacious place in which our whole group had very good accommodations. The checkin process was fairly smooth, but I would suggest a better map or provide the physical address of the Wagon Wheel. Many had troubles with the map understanding where/how to get to the cabin (they did make it and I had no problems - just reporting what others said) and if a physical address for the cabin or at least a place in or around where it is, GPS could be used (WAZE had no issue with the address). Also, I suggest allowing guests to decide what way the want to get to your property management office - it took us 45 minutes additional time because the route you said to use versus the way a GPS may take you was bumper to bumper traffic while others not following those directions had no issues with traffic due tot he path their GPS said to take.

We always love staying in the wagon wheel cabin we have stayed for the last four years and each time it’s always so wonderful the only negative thought I have is the downstairs bedroom on the left has a horrible comforter on it it is fake leather cracks and very heavy we had to call and they brought us a temperature up other than that it has been a wonderful cabin

Our group of 18 really appreciated and enjoyed the house with all of it's private master bedrooms, it's 4 private decks for relaxing or reading, the large common area on the main floor, and the HUGE common area on the bottom floor. Our family spent the most time in the huge common room on the bottom floor eating, chatting, playing games, putting together puzzles, and just catching while relaxing on the couches and rocker. At times we listened to music on the juke box and just enjoyed the atmosphere. The house is a great home base for hiking in the Smokey Mountains, exploring the nearby caves, and enjoying the various activities the area offers. The high, 30 ft ceilings in the main room of the cabin make it an outstanding destination in itself. Catching up with family members on the private balconies and porches while rocking in the rocking chairs was a great experience. Thanks for all the great memories.

Some of our 18 member family and friends for this trip have stayed at Eagle Ridge North Properties before. But this trip was something special for all in attendance. The Wagon Wheel had by far the best equipped kitchen, the most opulently decorated, and the just plain nicest cabin we have ever stain in in the Smoky Mountains area. Our family loved the decoration theme of each bedroom. The kitchen, dining area, and game room on the bottom floor were ideal for family interaction. Solitude was also just a stroll away, out on anyone of the four exterior balconies with magnificent views all around. It has been my experience that with most rental properties that the kitchen equipment and utensils have been woefully inadequate. As such, for this trip packed several key pieces of kitchen equipment for use in cooking for 18 guests. Much to my delight, the kitchen equipment was all that I could have asked for and I didn’t even unpack my stuff. Both the interior and exterior of the Wagon Wheel were very impressive and my complements to the owner for such a well-equipped family entertainment area and kitchen.

The efforts you have made to check on your guests has improved greatly. --- One thing I would recommend because I, too, am in the service industry, please ask the person when calling for Express check out to LISTEN to all the information the guests are saying good/bad before making comments. It's always better to let the guest say all they are going to say before commenting either positively or negatively. I have learned that: 1. People want to be heard 2. They want to know that you understand what they have to say - this is done by repeating a synopsis of what the guest has said. - Summing up what the guest has said allows them to HEAR you, and it also provides them with an opportunity to share additional information they may have inadvertently left out. 3. Sometimes all guests want is to be HEARD and UNDERSTOOD before "fixing" a problem/issue - if indeed there are problems or issues. 4. Like all customer service experiences, the customer may not be right, but they will always be your customer - and we want them to come back to us time and again for their needs. 5 Assure the guests that you genuinely appreciate their input and that you will do what you can to make their experience with your company the best it can be. We don't have to go "over the top" in our gratitude, but we must be sincere in what and in how we vocalize our gratitude. Providing the best customer experience doesn't necessarily cost more money, but doing those small things that others in our industry otherwise miss will make us more outstanding than others in our peer group. Loved the game room being on the same floor as the kitchen and that every room had its own bathroom. Friendly staff and in a great location that was easy to find. Overall excellent stay. Only suggestion is brighter lighting. Seemed dark in bedrooms. Christmas decorations were an awesome surprise too!!!!

We love 854! Loved the new flooring in the lower level. Balcony door dead bolt would not lock on 2nd floor back right room We missed have tissues in the bathrooms and there were no dish towels provided
