ER317, The Cubby Hole, is a spaciously designed two level log cabin offering guests 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a game room nestled in a natural wooded setting in a resort setting with swimming pool privileges offering wooded views within minutes to all the action of the Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.  Guests will love the feeling of being tucked away but yet close to all the action!  As you enter the beautifully decorated log home with that “Smoky Mountain Appeal” on the main level, you will find the living room offering a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, TV, DVD Player, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, and carpeting, a fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining room area with seating for 4, a full bathroom with tile flooring and a stand up only shower, and a Queen bedroom with a red heart shaped bedside Jacuzzi, TV, DVD Player, ceiling fans, and carpeting.  On to the upper level lofted game room for a little fun, you will find a pool table, TV, loveseat, ceiling fan, and carpeting.  For those looking for relaxation to enjoy the natural scenery, a covered wraparound main level deck offers 4 wooden rockers and a gas grill along with a covered screened area that houses the hot tub and a patio set for 4.  This cabin offers FREE WIRED AND WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS!  This cabin is PET FRIENDLY.  All pets incur a $75 nonrefundable deposit per pet.  With all the luxuries for your home away from home in the Smokies, ER317, The Cubby Hole, is perfect for couples or small families looking for a getaway to the Smokies!

We love staying with Eagles Ridge Resort. Our experience was completely enjoyable. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Loved every second in the hot tub and playing pool. Our one and only suggestion for improvement is that the bed in our cabin was uncomfortable. Thanks for providing a wonderful relaxing place to soak in the mountains!

The cabin was very cute. It was in a convenient location. You can tell that staying on top of things is a priority with Eagles Ridge cabins. There are so many different crews constantly doing things when guests check out. Blowing leaves off the roof, cleaning out trash, carpet cleaning, decorating, etc. The check in and check out process is very simple. Would definitely consider renting another cabin through Eagles Ridge!

The cabin was awesome, in a nice area of Pigeon Forge. When we woke up the first morning, we could not get the coffee pot to work. I was going to call the office to let them know but before I could call them, they called us to see how things were going. By the time we got back to the cabin they had delivered us a brand new coffee pot. The cabin was very clean and we will definitely be calling them to book with Eagles Ridge again. Check out was very easy.

Everything was great, but you could use some help with little details that make a stay more comfortable and convenient: more than 1 roll of toilet paper, filters for the coffee machine, bedding for the pullout couch, more silverware, etc… Beautiful, clean cabin with great porch spaces!

Check in and out was easy, cabin was beautiful and everything was set up ready to go we enjoyed our stay so much only thing was it rained super hard and around 11 o’clock the roof in the living room was leaking leaving a puddle in the floor right in front of the tv that was the only bad experience we had everything else was perfect

We loved staying in the cabin. The bed was so comfortable; I did not have a backache when I got up in the morning. Having the pool table upstairs was fun...I kicked my husband's butt. I didn't try the heart shaped tub because I didn't know if the jets would turn on by themselves and I didn't see a switch and it was a little cool where the hot tub was, the temp was set to 100 but the water just seemed warm and I didn't know if I could turn it up. I also couldn't figure out how to shut the alarm clock off that would ring at 6:45 every morning.

I liked this cabin for the most part. Some of the things that I would suggest is maybe you could send a map to the cabin with the email. The address listed in the email does not show up on maps on iphone. Also you should update the wifi directions. The one listed in the email and text are not correct. As far as the cabin itself, the fireplace did not work when I tried to turn it on. I turned knob all the way a couple of times but no luck. The carpet needs cleaned, musty smell in the bedroom. Small complaints and I will definately be back.

317 needs a new mattress, i ask for new cooking pans and got them. While the place was clean i don't think it was disinfected there was no clean smell. while setting on the porch i watched across the way as two ladies went in took out the trash and lien and left in about 30 min. I do like staying in these cabins they meet my needs.

Everything was Excellent. The Cabin was clean and a joy to stay in. The Staff was great to talk to and very helpful. We stopped by the office to let them know our internet wasn't working, we were maybe 10 minutes away from the cabin, by the time we got to the cabin we had a note on the door that the internet was working. Thank You so much for all ya'll did for us.
