ER317 - The Cubby Hole

Always clean and everything you need is there. It’s quiet and we have never had a problem while staying. We highly recommend Eagles Ridge.

It was the perfect home away from home for us over our stay!!! Only real issue we had was with the can opener. One was electric and neither worked!

Our stay at Cubby Hole was great. We had few problems with cabin but office took total care of them.

We love staying with Eagles Ridge Resort. Our experience was completely enjoyable. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Loved every second in the hot tub and playing pool. Our one and only suggestion for improvement is that the bed in our cabin was uncomfortable. Thanks for providing a wonderful relaxing place to soak in the mountains!

The cabin was very cute. It was in a convenient location. You can tell that staying on top of things is a priority with Eagles Ridge cabins. There are so many different crews constantly doing things when guests check out. Blowing leaves off the roof, cleaning out trash, carpet cleaning, decorating, etc. The check in and check out process is very simple. Would definitely consider renting another cabin through Eagles Ridge!

The Cubby Hole was a fantastic place to stay while we were up in the mountains.

Everytghing was perfect withg a few minor glitches which are expected anywhere. Cabin was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for the week.

The cabin was awesome, in a nice area of Pigeon Forge. When we woke up the first morning, we could not get the coffee pot to work. I was going to call the office to let them know but before I could call them, they called us to see how things were going. By the time we got back to the cabin they had delivered us a brand new coffee pot. The cabin was very clean and we will definitely be calling them to book with Eagles Ridge again. Check out was very easy.

Everything efficient clean and as expected only problem dryer had no heat

We had an incredible experience in the cabin. Everything was spotless, the kitchen had everything you would need, and we loved the hottub.

Everything was great, but you could use some help with little details that make a stay more comfortable and convenient: more than 1 roll of toilet paper, filters for the coffee machine, bedding for the pullout couch, more silverware, etc… Beautiful, clean cabin with great porch spaces!

Cabin was nice and clean. It has been remodeled recently. Bed was uncomfortable.

Check in and out was easy, cabin was beautiful and everything was set up ready to go we enjoyed our stay so much only thing was it rained super hard and around 11 o’clock the roof in the living room was leaking leaving a puddle in the floor right in front of the tv that was the only bad experience we had everything else was perfect

We loved staying in the cabin. The bed was so comfortable; I did not have a backache when I got up in the morning. Having the pool table upstairs was fun...I kicked my husband's butt. I didn't try the heart shaped tub because I didn't know if the jets would turn on by themselves and I didn't see a switch and it was a little cool where the hot tub was, the temp was set to 100 but the water just seemed warm and I didn't know if I could turn it up. I also couldn't figure out how to shut the alarm clock off that would ring at 6:45 every morning.

Good experience. Clean, (although a bit dusty). All utilities worked.

I was very happy with the way things were handled when we arrived and found water everywhere in the cabin. I was just sad we could not use hot tub because the water was to low.

The cabin was beautiful. We had never stayed in that type of accommodation and would love to do it again.

Absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back and are planning to bring family with. Cabins were clean, comfortable, and the hot tub is perfect after long hikes or walking downtown.

The cabin was perfect for the 2 of us. Just loved it at the “Cubby Hole”.

The cabin was very nice . we loved the bear decor and the heart shaped tube . Very clean and our son loved the pool table.

You guys made a weekend getaway easy access. Just wish could of stayed a day longer.

We really enjoyed the cubby hole. We love that there was a pool table. We enjoyed a night in with pool and dinner. It was just perfect after day out peopling.

Good the cabin was clean and was very well decorated and supplied

I liked this cabin for the most part. Some of the things that I would suggest is maybe you could send a map to the cabin with the email. The address listed in the email does not show up on maps on iphone. Also you should update the wifi directions. The one listed in the email and text are not correct. As far as the cabin itself, the fireplace did not work when I tried to turn it on. I turned knob all the way a couple of times but no luck. The carpet needs cleaned, musty smell in the bedroom. Small complaints and I will definately be back.

Not your fault but the a/c was not working correctly Place was little dated for the price we paid. T,V, very old. Stove old and bathroom floors next little extra cleaning up

Cabin was very clean and cozy. Great staff, and excellent service!!

317 needs a new mattress, i ask for new cooking pans and got them. While the place was clean i don't think it was disinfected there was no clean smell. while setting on the porch i watched across the way as two ladies went in took out the trash and lien and left in about 30 min. I do like staying in these cabins they meet my needs.

Cabin was great, easy to find, keyless entry was a plus for late night arrival

This is the third time we have stay in this resort. We love the location! We definitely will continue to stay here in the future.

Everything was Excellent. The Cabin was clean and a joy to stay in. The Staff was great to talk to and very helpful. We stopped by the office to let them know our internet wasn't working, we were maybe 10 minutes away from the cabin, by the time we got to the cabin we had a note on the door that the internet was working. Thank You so much for all ya'll did for us.

Well i have to start of by saying that Logan up at the front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. And his insight on weather and area knowledge just made my trip 10x better

Everything was very nice other than the floors and carpet needed cleaning.

Check in was easy and professional. The Cubby Hole #317 is starting to get dated and could use some updated furniture. Overall good.

Cabin was clean, but had some light bulbs not operating.
