It was a breeze checking in and out. Called to see how stay was.

The cabin was very clean, fresh linens, and spacious, close to parkway.

It was very easy booking and checking in with Eagles Ridge, they informed me all along the way and my cabin was even available before time expected. We arrived to a clean and comfortable cabin.

Everything was very nice. The cabin fit our family perfectly.

Truly a first class cabin in a first class resort staffed by first class people...

Beautiful cabin, plenty of room for all of us. Close to town.

Really appreciated the call to check if there were any issues with the cabin, that was so nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the game room.

The staff at Eagle Resort made everything easy from check in to check out. The cabin was very clean and was ready ahead of check in time. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had while staying there. We enjoyed ourselves so much we have already booked a cabin for next year.

Overall very positive. Cabin was good for a big crowd we had. Better communication on how the check-in and check-out were going to work would be helpful. Our key code didn’t work but the help was great - friendly and immediately sent over a tech.

Very clean unit when we arrived. Someone even stopped by to pick up trash 2nd day there. The hooks on front porch were a bit dangerous. Did notice small leak in basement bedroom ceiling. Perhaps coming from hot tub.

The cabin was beautiful, clean, comfortable and convienently located . Our family of 8 had a wonderful time and, if we decide to come back in the following years , would defiantly stay with you again .

We enjoyed the cabin so much! We had 3 families and we were are comfortable with the roominess in the cabin. Pool sticks need up dated. There were only two with tips. Love it!

House was very clean. I would recommend you update the description which indicates 2 bedrooms also have pullout couches. Very different than using general living room couches.

House was very clean and plenty of space for us all. Enjoyed our stay. Just an FYI both can openers were broken. We had to go by one and one of the table chairs has a broken piece on the bottom. Didn’t cause a problem for us but you might want to check it.

Our experience was great. The cabin was clean and the staff was extremely helpful.

I rented two cabins very close to each other initially. One of my original cabins had water problems prior to our stay so Eagle called me and moved us to the closest cabin they could find but had more bedrooms than what I rented but only changed me our original rate. Very easy to work with. Both cabins were wonderful

Clean, cozy and warm. Gas grill worked but and upgrade would definitely compliment the cabin. Some baking sheets, few more pans would have been nice to have as well. Overall, great experience.

Very nice vacation home. It would be nice to have more dish towels and dish detergent. Great place to stay

Fantastic! We needed extra trash picked up and it was picked up within 15 minutes. We needed our hot tub filled all the way (it was only about half full) and it was filled within 10 minutes. Lastly, we had a small water leak and maintenance arrived almost immediately! Everyone was super nice and helpful!

Everything was wonderful. From the ease of checking in to the ease of checking out. Our family enjoyed everything.

The cabin was very nice and clean. Had a problem with the internet and it was handle and taking care of in get a few minutes. Really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect! Our family of 8 were very comfortable from sleeping arrangements to cooking together! The hot tub gave me and their dad a nice by ourselves place. We were there because our daughter deploys in 9 days and the fact it supposed veterans was so great!

Great location, comfortable cabin, will come back and stay here again. Poor internet connection but that was everywhere we went. Cabin was clean, showers were great. Beds were very comfortable.

The cabin was nice and the staff was friendly and professional. The only issues was the washer didn’t work and upon arrival the upstairs bedroom hadn’t been cleaned and we had to wait on someone to come clean it.

We didn't have a map of the property which would have been helpful in entertaining our children if we could have found the pool. The shower in the upstairs bathroom shouldn't have leaked with or without a curtain hanging we where made to feel it was our fault and it wasn't. There is a leak spot on the ceiling in the kitchen where it leaked before how is that our fault. We had no hot water we arrived an elderly lady had to take a cold shower. The fridgerator leaked into the bottom and the grill is dangerous due to the controls are messed up on the grill and it is hard to control. We believe these are all minor issues and if we stay there again we would hope they are fixed.

We stayed at a large cabin that was nicely decorated and maintained. A first class resort.

We had an excellent visit at the cabin. Loved it and all the things to do around Pigeon Forge.

Very good. Was very comfortable and luxurious. Only tip I have is to put a blow dryer in one of the bathrooms cause that was the only thing missing. Enjoyed our stay, will be back!

We loved the cabin, it was such a great trip and being allowed to have our loving 4-legged family members with us was even better. The location was perfect and close to everything. Can’t wait to stay again soon!

Awesome set up - so very conveniently located. We stayed in George's Cabin - and I have a brother named George who stayed with us. This cabin is very handicap accessible as well, which was wonderful for my brother who is handicapped due to a stroke.

With a large group, you guys were the best that we have stayed in. Everyone was commenting on how nice everything was. We have stayed in many different resorts in the past and have not been as satisfied as we were this trip. Thank you.

Easy entry, clean, good beds, easy check in, could get the main floor TV to work.

Super nice, clean and felt like home away from home. I have been coming to the Smoky Mountains for many years and this was by far the best cabin we as a family have ever stayed in. I have two adult children with their spouses and 3 Grandchildren. Plenty of space and everything was there for our use. Also enjoyed the photo album thank you to our Military men and women who are now serving, our veterans and those who paid the ultimate price for our freedoms. God Bless them, the families and our Country.

The cabin was clean and inviting, and the staff at Eagle Ridge even called to see how we were doing! I rate that as great service. The fact that we did not have to strip beds nor empty the dishwasher once we set it to run prior to departure was a bonus in my book.

Great experience! This was our second vacation in one of the cabins.

Iverall, the time there was wonnderful. There were a couple of things- not enough toilet tissue for 10 adults and 2 children and the water did not get hot But only minor issues, as I have worked in this type of reservation business, i know how people can get ridiculous and picky over small things! Not here. The cabin was wonderful, and like last year, enjoyed it immensely. Will make plans soon for next year! The staff was very accommodating in allowing a later checkout due to a key fob leaving with someone leaving earlier! We had to wait for them to turn around 50 miles out before we could leave the cabin! Thank you, it was a wonderful trip and we can't wait to come back!!!

Accommodations were very clean. Everything we needed was provided. We stay in a cabin in the Smokies every year and this was by far the best. We will definitely be staying here from now on.

The ease of check in was very good, as was the overall appearance. The maintenance people were friendly & very prompt. However, the refrigerator leaked water onto the right side & a daily job was to mop it up with several paper towels & hand towels. The TVs in the bedrooms with the exception of one room were all inoperable.
