ER204 - Dream Catcher

Hello, I just wanted to take a minute to express my appreciation to the management and staff at Eagles Ridge Resort. They have been very helpful with all of our needs while staying at cabin #204 Dream Catcher. We absolutely love all of the updates that have been done to the cabin. The new hot tub was amazing. We stay there as often as we can, we love the two bedroom coziness the cabin has. It's perfect for our family as we stay and enjoy all of the activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We can see that the owners take pride in making sure that their guests are very satisfied with their stay. Thank you so much for everything. We look forward to staying at cabin #204 again. G.J. Spent our honeymoon in the Dream Catcher cabin. Wonderful stay as usual. Simple check in process, friendly customer service, and always a clean cabin.

First, we really appreciated receiving a notification to check in early. Check in and out process was very convenient without having to drive to the office. Someone from Eagle Ridge called to check in to make sure everything was OK that was very much appreciated. Cabin was clean, well-stocked,

Wonderful location. Very close to town with no steep inclines which was a must for my mother. Day 2 I received a phone call from an actual person (not just a text) asking if everything was ok with our cabin. Excellent customer service.

Always enjoy staying in this cabin. Also got a phone call to make sure everything was satisfactory. That was a pleasant surprise!

Staff interactions were very positive and pleasant. Someone even phoned during our stay to check on us and see if we needed anything. We had a wonderful visit to Pigeon Forge and were very pleased with the Dream Catcher cabin. It was very comfortable and perfect for our needs.

Very friendly and helpful staff - our cabin was clean and ready for us on arrival- the private screened back porch with a hot tub was awesome ! Book an Eagle’s Ridge cabin and enjoy !

Check in and check out was very convenient. We loved it so much we rented another cabin in November. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The cabin was amazing and very clean with all the amenities we could ask for.

The beds were clean and comfortable. Check in process was great. Friendly staff.

We stayed with you before at A Smokey Mtn Dream, ER306. And the experience was so wonderful we decided to stay with you again.

Customer service was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the daily calls were just the right balance between checking in and being intrusive. The cabin was lovely, just as described. The surrounding cabins weren’t too close and the area was beautiful.

Clean well kept cabin inside and out excellent check in and check out system

Nice cabin. Nice pool. Had a raccoon that wanted to get in our trash. Kinda cute. Had to move trash to back porch. Overall we really limed the cabin and location. Would stay here again.

Very nice clean cabin. We had a last minute, literally, switch in cabins due to a problem in the one we selected. We were moved to another cabin that was smaller but still fit all of us. Requested a credit for the loss of the Rec room but have not received it yet.

Very well. Cupboards were disorganized (I fixed...OCD) but had everything but glass bowls for microwaving and storage. Small issues: Couldn't get outdoor bar-b-q to light. Low rise, round toilets instead of tall, elongated ones. Preview channel (What's on what channel) didn't work. That's it! Otherwise perfect.

Cabin had everything and was very convenient to all the attractions. Only complaint was several remotes for TV’s had no batteries.

The stay was awesome, the cabin was very nice and clean, we loved the curtains they had in the room that kept it dark so we rested. It was quiet and relaxing, made our stay very nice. Just what we needed. The hot tub had a few jets that seemed to not be working correctly but everything else was very nice.

Eagle ridge done a good job the owners of the property need to do some improvements.

Great place to stay with family, hot tub needs work, didn’t get to enjoy that, but other than that, was a great stay!

Everything was great, except for the gas grill. The igniter did not work.

I liked the fact that everything was contactless during check- in and check-out. Cabin was very clean.

Very well. I was unaware of the rules for check out. Did not have my computer. Locked doors. Almost no trash.

Cabin was very nice. Hot tub never worked. And dryer took forever to dry clothes. Over all it was nice.

Easy access to stores, attractions, and activities. Cabin was clean. Would suggest larger outside trash receptacle that is animal proof (there was a bear in the trash across the road.) How about an info sheet left in the cabin, about rules and needs, tv channel availability, etc. BTW - no one at the pool area had wrist bands on. We only knew about and called for them after seeing posted signs.

Cabins are always clean and comfortable. We always enjoy our stay here.

Easy Peasy check in. The hot tub needed water. It was too low to run properly.(we have one & know) We carried water back and forth to get it to get the right water level. The cabin beside us had teenagers running back and forth from there to the cabin across the road. Kept us awake Saturday night til 1:30am. I was under the impression there was a "quiet time" after 10pm. Other than that, our trip was nice.

We really enjoyed our visit. The cabin was exactly or better than expected. The little Christmas tree was a nice touch.

Fabulous stay!!! The directions were great. The check in process was seamless and the customer service was stellar.

The cabin we rented was very dated. The master bath way under standards. Floor is rottted by the run and under the tub. Disgusting!

Live Dream Catcher Cabin. My parents are elderly and this cabin has enough space for my Mom to use her walker. Comfortable chairs, sofa, and beds. Location is excellent.

Our trip was fun. However, the accommodations were so poor for the price. I would not recommend this to someone else.

Everything was great from registration to check out! Had a misunderstanding about bed in room,& was immediately taken care of !

We have stayed several times at Eagles Ridge. Our stays have always been pleasant. This cabin was well maintained, decorated pretty and clean. The only minor issues were some of the mini blinds were missing the turning rods, and some of the slats were broken. There is only one small light on the back porch. An additional light over the hot tub or near it would have been very helpful. Also, the back porch light did not shine over far enough for the grill. Other than these issues, the cabin was well supplied with cooking utinsels. This was the last cabin available. We would have preferred a pool table, but understand there were no other cabins available.
