You are sure to enjoy your time here at this wonderful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, vacation getaway. With great amenities like an indoor bedside Jacuzzi, a BRAND NEW for 2015 private outdoor hot tub, and a huge game room with pool table, you and your family will never run out of things to do. The large open kitchen and dining areas allow you to prepare and enjoy tasty meals without having to leave the company of your guests. There is plenty of seating at the gigantic dining room table, and still more at the bar. If a barbeque sounds good to you, fire up the grill and take advantage of the patio furniture out on the deck. Each bedroom offers a huge king-sized bed, and full bathroom. Two of those bedrooms feature a private bedside Jacuzzi. This cabin also offers WIRED and WIRELESS INTERNET access.  Our resort area swimming pool and clubhouse are centrally located here on the resort and are open during the spring and summer months. All downtown area restaurants, attractions, and, oh yes, shopping are just a short car ride away.

My family and myself loved this cabin. We said if we come and we are talking about coming back, we would like to stay at this same cabin. It was spacious,warm , clean and inviting. The only issue was the tv`s could stand to be upgraded, but would not be a problem of asking for this same cabin. Hope to return soon.

Cleanest cabin we ever walked into and we have rented many. Master bath light continuously blinks but not a big deal. Please upgrade bedroom televisions and this cabin would be perfect.

Cabin ER223 was very nice. The bottom deck furniture needs cleaned, it has a white dust on it that comes off on your clothes.

This was my second time using Eagle Ridge to book a cabin for us and a group of 6 other friends. Everyone was so happy with their king size beds and the hot tub got lots of use! We will definitely use Eagle Ridge in the future

Did a great job with the booking and all. The cabin needs updating. There was only a very small skillet- nothing to fix eggs or bacon in. No pizza cutter. One extra trash bag. there should be one bag for each day someone stays. We saw a roach in the living room beside the couch. There was only one dish towel and dish rag period.

Everything was great. However, on Tuesday night we had a problem with the a/c. The temperature was set on 66 and it was 79 inside. A window in one of the downstairs bedroom was partially out .

I tried to call the maintenance service and left a message and a number but never got a call back. The cabin was ok except for 2 things it is in dire need of up grades on the TV's in the bedrooms to digital and the A/C worked great downstairs but was hot upstairs about 10 to 15 degrees difference.

Disappointed that cabin did not have a hose to fill hot tube so water would cover top jets. We had to purchased one. Kitchen needs at least one large skillet. One hair dryer supplied would have been a nice touch.

Cabin was very clean, nicely furnished, reasonably well equipped for large group cooking/dining. Several lightbulbs were out, keeping cabin too dark. Thermostat needs replacement- kept running well past the set temp(we set it at 68, it would run until 74-75 degrees)

Cabin was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Lighting in the kitchen was poor due to two of the four track light bulbs being burned out. Because of the towels all being white, oversized towel I brought with me to use for the hot tub was left behind. It was a Vera Wang towel. My sister also picked up a pot holder mistakenly with her own. Found it when she unpacked . She said she will mail it back to your office. We left a gift for the cabin owner, of a glass trivet made by my granddaughter and a journal for other renters to record their experiences at the cabin. A special occurrence while there was , my sisters granddaughter that was with us was proposed to by her boyfriend at Grotto Falls! We had a lovely time and plan to stay with you again. Thank you!

We love the cabins and we have stayed in ER cabins many times. Only negative is there’s just enough towels for each person one bath and we’re constantly having to wash towels. Washing machine is so small it’s hard to wash enough to keep up.
