ER 263, Weekend Hideaway, is a spaciously designed two level log cabin with one bedroom, one bathroom, and a lofted game room nestled in a natural wood setting in a resort setting offering wooded views with swimming pool privileges.  This beautifully decorated log cabin with furnishings for that "Smoky Mountain Appeal" with country living at its best and is situated with convenience to downtown Pigeon Forge attractions, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and Dollywood.  As you enter the main level, you will find a living room that offers a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, TV, DVD Player, wood flooring, and a fully equipped kitchen with 3 bar stools with a separate dining room area that has a table with seating for 4.  The bedroom offers a King size bed, bedside Jacuzzi, TV, DVD Player, carpet, and ceiling fan.  There is also a full bathroom on the main level.  The upper level offers a lofted game room that has a pool table, queen sleeper sofa, TV, DVD Player, ceiling fan, and carpet. Everything was very clean. Fast response for call in due to bathtub unable to turn hot water off. Service people very polite and speedy. Would recommend steps for easier access in/out of hot tub. Will reserve another cabin next year.

Lovely cabin. Since you never know how a rental is set up, I do suggest you bring all your own personal care items including a hair dryer, soap, body wash & kitchen items like Brillo pads, extra paper towels & hot pads if you want to cook. Staff very responsive to questions.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. The cabin was very nice and equipped with fun things like a pool table and a hot tub. The area also felt private and remote yet was very close to activities and restaurants. The only things that the cabin lacked was enough soap for the full week of our stay and a sponge to do dishes with. Moreover, some cleaning supplies (a broom or vacuum) would've come in handy to do a it of tidying up during the week.

After we FINALLY got a conformation number and were able to relax about coming it was very nice. I paid for and booked this through the BLUEGREEN Welcome center in November 2018 but someone there dropped the ball and did not follow through with getting a conformation from Eagles Ridge. It took about 8 calls and two days to get it straightened out. We were 2 days away from checking in before we finally were confirmed!!! I would recommend your business but not making the reservation through the Welcome Center!!!!!

We loved the cabin, we did however nit water damage and what looked like mold in the master bedroom. We did have to call for washcloths, we had only towels. The staff brought the washcloths quickly. There was no extra tissue paper in the bathroom. The cabin was very nice and convenient to town but far enough away that you heard no noise.
