We always enjoy staying in the cabins at Eagle. Ridge . We had a couple issues that we needed to contact the maintenance staff about . During the conversation my phone died. Miss Amy, of the maintenance staff went above and beyond coming out after 11 PM in the pouring rain to deliver some items that we could have waited for until morning if my phone hadn’t died.Thank you so much, Miss Amy!thanks to Amber for being so courageous and helpful when I talked to her.

Cabin was clean and well supplied. Easy chech in and out. Amenities as advertised. Very responsive to the trash that was left behind. GPS and road signs did not correlate making navigation a bit tricky.

We had a wonderful time the only thing is that jacuzzi tub plug needs to be better so that the water stays in and need a bigger tank for hot water so you can fill it up .we would stay in that cabin

Wonderful stay, cabin was very comfortable and near any activity of choice, so much you can do in Pigeon Forge. It was like being at your own home but venturing out and back to enjoy the mountain views.

Over all it was a very comfortable and wonderful stay. We had a tv issue and were there to get it figured out and fixed with in an hour. The one negative was that we attempted to girl out Saturday night but was unable to get the grill to light.

The check-in process was fast, simple and convenient. Know person to person contact. The cabin was lovely. It was clean and had enough towels and cooking supplies for my family of 3. We loved the outside jacuzzi it was private and closed in. We received a call to see how things were going, which was appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning in a few months!

Check in could have been easier. Our check in time was 4pm and we did not receive check in information until we had already arrived and were trying to reach someone. (The app did not have the correct code for our lock). Luckily someone from maintenance stopped by and was able to help us - we got an email/text after he arrived. Perhaps sending those messages about thirty minutes in advance of arrival would be helpful if you are not going to have the information in the app. The unit was clean and in good shape. We did notice that the floor in the bathroom is a bit soft in front of the shower. My only recommendation is to replace the couch as it is pretty flat/uncomfortable, the mattress in the master could also use replacing - nothing we couldn't deal with but worth mentioning. Thanks for a relaxing weekend!

Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Smoke detector was beeping upon arrival but someone came with a new battery within 20 minute after we notified management. Grill needs maintenance but it worked. Lighting is very dim in living room and kitchen. Booked through Expedia which advertised WiFi which this cabin did not have. Big disappointment but not your fault!

The property was fantastic and very well cared for. Everything was exactly how I would’ve preferred as far as amenities and features. There were really only two areas for opportunity in our opinion. One was the mattress in our bedroom. It was definitely not the most comfortable mattress by any means. The only other thing that needs attention is the grill on the back patio. The burner was actually completely disconnected from the body of the grill due to rust and old age making it unusable and potentially a hazard. When you turn the valve on and turn the knob to light it, natural gas flows to the point where you can smell it but does not get to the burner and won’t light. Other than these two details, the stay in your cabin was perfect and we will definitely be back.
