The cabin and service were both phenomenal. We are so grateful to have found a cabin that allowed our three fur babies, as it is nearly impossible to find that accommodation.

We had a great experience. The cabin was clean and our girls (4,6) loved it as well. My only complaint was the check in process, not getting the address until the cabin was ready. But I guess that’s how everyone is doing it now. Overall it was great, and we will definitely be back.

The website for booking was a little dated and hard to use but the cabin was in immaculate condition and extremely clean.

We loved the cabin and how clean it was. We loved the location. We were a mile from town and a Pancake house. Checking in and out was simple and fast. I loved that they even called to check on us to see if we needed anything. We had a great time on our vacation! We will definitely book with Eagles Ridge again!

Everything was great the only thing we would have liked more would be better tv programming. We like to unwind at night with our favorite programs. An inexpensive smart tv would let you bring that with you.

Our stay at Lockers Lodge was perfect for our anniversary weekend getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and resort atmosphere. Our daily walks with our furbaby was enjoyable as well. The courtesy call we received inquiring about our stay was very much appreciated. We have stayed with other companies before and this was the first time we have ever received a courtesy call so thank you for that! The only recommendations I can think that would be beneficial for our next visit is to perhaps have a listing of restaurants that deliver to the resort (ex: pizza or subs). There are so many to choose from in the Pigeon Forge area and google was not the most reliable resource. Also, a pet gate would be nice for pet friendly cabins so they can enjoy relaxing on the porch without being on their leash. We improvised so it wasnt a big deal & this is merely just a suggestion. We really enjoyed our stay and the ease of checking in and out went smoothly! Everyone I spoke with when reserving the cabin, the courtesy call and even checking out was so nice and polite. Thank you for the outstanding customer service. We will definitely be booking with Eagles Ridge Resort next year!

Our stay was very cozy, intimate & relaxing. We needed a few days to get away & we had everything we needed at our fingertips! Would highly recommend!

Everything was clean and the cabin was just the right size

The cabin was clean and everything we needed. There was a problem with the hot tub but it was quickly resolved I wish the cable company had a guide channel. It would be nice if there was a printed guide. It would be nice if there some hooks for hanging coats , towels by the jacuzzi tub and the hot tub

This was the cleanest cabin we have stayed in. We had a nice supply of towels & wash cloths & a starter of basics if we had needed to do laundry. It was nice the motion light & porch lights worked where our last cabin did not. The hot tub jets weren't what we had hoped & we didn't get a chance to try the jetted tub. The water pressure in the shower was great! It was nice to have good lighting in the bathroom & a mirror so you can see what you're doing. We had the space we needed & able to bring our 2 fur babies which is what we always look for. You couldn't tell it was a pet friendly cabin. We loved the rockers on the front porch. I'm not sure how it is once the leaves are gone, but it was nice to have privacy even with cabins on either side of you. The screened in back porch was nice too, although it was a little too warm to sit out there & enjoy this time. We loved that it was actually very close to the main parkway too. Overall, it was a great experience! We had all we needed & then some. We will definitely book here again!

Very responsive to any questions or concerns that came up. When we did have a small issue at the cabin with the sink leaking, you sent someone over immediately.

Appreciated you calling us the day after to check how things were going. Also, thank you for sending someone to look at the hot tub promptly.

This was a cute, clean and beautiful cabin in the woods. It had everything we needed and I would definitely stay here again!

We had such a wonderful and relaxing first time experience. It was great to experience the Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge during the day but knew that we would be far from the hustle & bustle tourism activity and be able to wind down and enjoy nature sounds. We slept peacefully. We will definitely be back!

We loved our cabin and everything was clean and stocked. Enjoyed the Jacuzzi and pool table.

The cabin was just as pictured and was the perfect size for two. Check in and check out was easy. We had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy ourselves. We did have noisy neighbors and that made enjoying the outdoor spaces difficult, but the cabin was pretty sound proof and we didn’t have any trouble with noise while inside. I assume the people there before us also had a dog because there was a large pile of dog poop in the tiny front yard space when we got there and the couch smelled like a dog that hadn’t been bathed in a while. Other than the dog smell, we were very pleased with the cleanliness, appearance, and amenities of the cabin. There are several tree limbs at the driveway and walkway that could stand to be trimmed.

Accommodations were fine. It would’ve been great if the upstairs chair was a pull out bed too. Directions on how to use the grill could’ve helped, but we figured it out. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Definitely better than staying in a hotel room.

Eagles Ridge property cabins are great. The Cabins are always clean, neat. and well organized. I recommend these to friends all the time.

Cabin was neat and perfect for our quick getaway and celebration of our one year anniversary. Only issue I had was there was only one roll of toilet paper.

Excellent ambiance and location. Very cozy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. An extra roll of toilet paper and maybe coffee filters would’ve been a nice touch though. Super easy check in .

The cabins are always clean and best. The associates are courteous and helpful. Any problems are taken care immediately.

The cabin was perfect! There was an issue with the internet when we first arrived but there was a maintenance worker there to fix it in less than 10 minutes! Best travelling experience I've ever had, it was truly a home away from home.

We have stayed with Eagles Ridge Resort several times and have always found the staff friendly and courteous. We love the location of the resort and have never been disappointed with any of the cabins we've stayed in.

Very beautiful place! We didnt have toilet paper but got some as soon as we asked. You can hear the furnace inside the cabin I could hear all night. Thought it was the hit tub but found out walking up to cabin it was furnace kicking on. That was only bad thing.

Our honeymoon was epic! Friendly staff, beautiful cabins. We'll be back soon!

Our first time staying was great! The cabin was close to the attractions and no one bothered us with calls everyday or people coming to clean. We definetly plan on staying here again!

Everything was clean, staff was friendly, we were able to check in hours before scheduled. Our cabins WiFi did not work, which is not a big deal unless you’re spending a lot of time in the cabin. Would definitely stay again and look forward to booking a large family cabin next fall.

Cabins are always clean and easily accessible. We have stayed with you numerous times. The only suggestion we have for ER 228 is that another automatic light should be put up on other side of porch by top stairs, very very dark there hard to see stairs.
