The cabin was the best one so far. Especially enjoyed the location; screened in porch with a clean grill that worked great. The cabin was clean and all things worked great. With exception of the cable which I don’t see as your fault. The picture was tiling and freezing on all channels sporadically. We have staying in your cabins for 6 years and we will be back again.

Directions and instructions for entering the cabin were great. It was well furnished to meet our needs. Our stay was good and we enjoyed our time. Just a few things for the next guests - bathrooms need a little more attention to cleanliness - dusting/cleaning of back of door and corners, the big windows had a large cobweb and leaves - things I know may be spring/fall items but would have been that added touch for us.

The online check-in and check-out was smooth and convenient. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The gas grill didn’t work well - it had to be started with a hand held lighter and only half of the grill worked. Only the shower head worked in the master bath - the tub fixture did not work. These minor issues did not affect our overall experience but thought it might be helpful to mention for the benefit of the next guests. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Cherith Brook was a great place to stay. Good location and very nice property. Only down side was the Friday night before we left a group of kids stayed up screaming at the top of their lungs until midnight.

The only problem I had: No smart TV to stream Prime or Netflix on. I’ve refused to purchase cable for over a decade now simply because you watch more commercials that anything else. We came to relax in the cabin, not to spend any time in Pigeon Forge on attractions, so it was frustrating to watch commercials frequently. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook etc. The cabin was clean, the hot tub, recliners and gas fireplace were my favorite. After working on my feet so much it was glorious to put my feet up while the fireplace did it’s thing. Check in and check out we’re simple. Every employee we had contact with was helpful and pleasant. Honestly I would’ve given you guys 5 stars if you just updated the living room TVs to something you can stream on. Many people have either Prime, Netflix, Apple TV, Disney+, Hulu, Discovery+. Might save you guys a cable bill too and cover the initial cost of new tvs over time.

The check in process was easy. The cabin was decorated nicely with Christmas decorations. It was cozy, clean, and perfect for our getaway. The only thing I would recommend is updating your website. (Ex: Updated pictures and descriptions of beds) I specifically emailed and called ER after noticing discrepancies when trying to reserve Unit 46. Once we got to our cabin it was actually confirmed there are king beds in the cabin and no pink/purple walls! It was a great getaway and I’m looking forward to returning!

The cabin was clean and comfortable, as well as stylishly decorated. The hot tub was a very welcome feature - especially after a long day walking around and seeing and experiencing the attractions! I really like that the cabin is close enough to get to the attractions within minutes, but also far enough away from the hubbub and busy crowds to feel like you can really relax and unwind. We have stayed with Eagles Ridge before and would stay with them again. Thank you!

Everything we needed to get our stay started was provide. Location was great. It was very quiet and peaceful. I do think it’s time to replace the mattress on the hide a bed. All other bed are very comfortable. I hope to see you again next year.

Nice accommodations but feel like you could be a little more generous with the towels. Only toe hand towel for 4 people. Could have used a couple extra bath towels as well. Only one kitchen towel and dish cloth. We have never stayed anywhere that an extra roll of toilet paper was not provided. Had problem with refrigerator but was addressed quickly. Bath fan didn’t work. Don’t want to be negative because we enjoyed our stay. Just feel like a few things could be added. Seemed like a dark interior. Could be made more cheerful. Might consider trimming roses in front so people aren’t stuck when getting out of car.

Magnificent!!!🤗 The cabin was very nice and had a great home like feeling!! Everything and everywhere were clean and in its place!! There is nothing for me to complain about! Also, just wanted to let you know that Patsy an Customer Service Representat was great. From the moment she answered the phone, to answering any questions I had! She was swift but made instructions very clear and made it an EASY and FAST transaction! I will most definitely be calling you back if any future trips come up!! We have stayed at Cherith Brook (ER46) many times. Improvements in bathrooms and new flooring in kitchen, living area and bathrooms looks great. We like the privacy when staying in a cabin. Motels and Hotels are noisey with other guests coming and going.

All things were good. One bathroom shower head was slightly leaking. No other issues to report. It could probably be fixed by removing and re-applying Teflon tape to the threaded joint. We had an excellent stay.

We have stayed with you for years. Staying in 1 of 3 cabins. This is the first time we were disappointed with cabin #46. The carpet was so dirty with pet stains all over it and smelled. We have a tiny 6# non-shedding dog. And to see that people would let their pets relief themselves on the carpet is beyond me. Think it's a good idea to have tile or wood flooring in the pet friendly cabins.
