ER244 - Black Hawk Hideaway

Very clean and comfortable! The complex takes a bit getting used to, as our gathering of 7 rented cabins kept getting lost! We loved our cabin 244, but very small kitchen. That is our only complaint, as we cooked most of our meals. Beautiful surroundings and we will definitely be back!

Great service from reservations being made to checkout. Beautiful cabin and great location to retaurant and shopping.

All was good except the check in process. Got email at 3:05 and text at 3:19 that cabin was ready. Got there at 3:30 and cleaners still there. Said 5 more minutes. Sat in car until 4:05. The cleaner apologized (weakly) and said it “was another guys fault” On the flip side, when we could get Wi-Fi, the tech that came out was exceptional.

Stayed from Saturday to Saturday bag of trash in yard when we arrived had to put in trash can . Had to call 3 times to get trash to be picked up and was only picked up 2 times

Everything was perfect! The cabin was super clean, easy check in, great views and location. Exceeded my expectations!

This place was awesome. Only problem we had was that it was not easy to keep downstairs warm.

We enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful community setting but still close to town.

Great stay! We’ve stayed in many cabins in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. This one was very nice and very clean. Only complaint wasn’t able to use the hot tub the face was missing and the buttons all seemed to be stuck and unusable. Other than that great overall stay.

6th visit to Eagle's Ridge and we love it every time! Cabin was great, aside from several light bulbs being out, including the light in the hot tub, and the batteries in the downstairs game room TV remote had corroded batteries. Minor inconveniences and we still had a wonderful stay.

We love staying with you. Have been for more than 15 years. Only had one slight problem and he was there within 15 minutes to fix it. Couldn't have been any better!!!

Nice cabin great views. Only issue was outside garbage could have been collected during our stay. Had raccoon knocking over trash can each night. Also could have a better description of driveway as my suv was a challenge to back out of driveway

I love the location of this cabin, it’s close to everything and easy to access but also secluded and private. The cabin was very clean. We will be returning as we have no complaints.

Very responsive to requests/ concerns. Friendly and polite. We had several issues with the cabin: the master bath door knob was falling off, the hot tub was low on water, the lower bath fan does not work and the shower curtain is all torn and has mold in the center of it, multiple light bulbs are missing or blown and the last concern is that the carpet is due to be replaced it is dingy/dirty/stained(the carpeted steps to lower level are horrible looking ) and has the pile missing in the bedroom

This was the second time using Eagle Ridge Cabin rentals. We love the cabins. They keep them clean and we feel at home. Keep up the good work.

Cabin was great. Clean and spacious. The upstairs stays a bit warm. A couple of minor inconveniences. Was given the wrong WiFi password so had to call about that. There were no potholders. And no checkout instructions so had to call about that too. But otherwise our stay was perfect.

The shower/tub in the lower level bedroom was broken and the hot tub wasn't properly filled but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Cabin needed clean better .. granddaughter found a pill when she moved lamp a little on nightstand. Dead ants on stairway

The cabin was beautiful and clean. We had a wonderful time. Guest services was helpful and polite when we called with a couple of questions. Parking at our cabin was a little tedious with a SUV. I wish parking was displayed in the cabin pictures so guest may take this feature in consideration on choosing a cabin.

Cabin 244 was very comfortable. We had a great family experience. The office staff was very helpful

We stayed in ER244. It is one of the most beautiful cabins we have stayed in over the past 17 years! The view from the uppermost floor is breathtaking! We love that there was a TV in nearly every room and that it has WiFi. These are two important amenities for us. The bottom floor was COLD and when I told the lady at check-in she had maintenance bring a space heater. That was perfect!! Our stay was fabulous!!

Cabin was very clean & comfortable. Stayed in the same cabin 13 years ago. Nice memories. Had problems with WiFi connection. Main floor sink drain slow & faucet leaked.

Really enjoyed my stay. Only complaint is the big tub. I couldn’t ever get warm water flowing in there. Maybe it was me.

From making the reservations with Adam thru check-in with Patsy everything was great. Missed seeing Cindy and Michelle. All four of these employees are always great with us and make us feel welcome. Great employees and customer service always. We feel this is our go to spot when we need a break. Hope to return for many more years. Never hesitate to refer family and friends to ER.

Everything was great! if I had one suggestion, improve the kitchen ware. It would have been nice to have few more pots and pans. A better frying pan would have been helpful.

Check in and out was very easy. Cabin was well stocked, clean, very comfortable , great location. 👍🏻👍🏻

The only issue we had was with the A/C freezing up but staff came within the hour of being notified.

Cabin was great. The only thing was the wifi was awful. Had to keep running up and down the stairs to reset router and modem.

The unit was GORGEOUS, clean, comfortable, and convenient. We loved it and plan to come back every year.

Cabin was nice and location was convenient to town. Pool table was in poor condition.

We stayed in Black Hawk Hideaway on March 30th-April 1st. Very nice place with great amenities. The rooms downstairs was very cold , probably could use plug in heaters or doing a split thermostat for down there, couldn't hardly sleep in downstairs bedroom from being so cold. The tv in the loft we couldn't get it to work also.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cabin was breathe taking!! It was a perfect experience.

Excellent service amazing cabin just wish the hot tub side was covered so the cabin beside can't see you sitting in the hot tub but over all great place
