The newly added theater and game room is a huge bonus that includes theater style seating, a new air hockey game table in Feb. 2020, and a muticade game table to be enjoyed by all. Enjoy beautiful vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors in the open living room, kitchen, and dining areas. Along with cozy, plush furnishings in the living room, you'll find a floor to ceiling stacked stone fireplace. Prepare delectable meals and snacks in the spacious fully equipped kitchen. The handsome dining room table allows seating for eight, with extra seating at the bar. There is plenty of room for the whole family with one of the bedrooms offering two queen-sized beds, another bedroom offers two full size beds, and the other two bedrooms each having a king. This cabin is also equipped with WIRED and WIRELESS INTERNET access.  Breathe in that fresh mountain air and let go of your everyday worries while soaking in the outdoor hot tub. We were very happy with the cabin, ease of check-in/check-out process. Staff was very helpful and courteous. There was a couple of minor cleanliness issues but nothing that caused us to give a bad review. I left some maintenance issues that hopefully was address before the next group used it. We had a great time.

The cabin was perfect. However you should have someone check all the remotes, the batteries were dead in alot of them. We did replace what we could. Nice area. Clean. We are expected to pull all garbage and place in outside dumpster but there was extra no trash bags available to successfully complete task. May want to consider providing extra sturdy trash bags if you are asking guest to pull their own trash.

Love the cabin. I would suggest paper instructions for TV and DVD player. Also post checkout instructions. Previous visit there were 6 theatre chairs. Now there are only 4. Need more for a cabin that sleeps 12. Maintenance staff and customer service are great

The home was beautiful! We had a couple problems with lights and ceiling board was loose on the ceiling, we call at 8:30pm the guys came and made all necessary repairs in 15mins.

Cabin was GREAT!!! Plenty of room, clean, close to everything and very homey with all of the decor. Even though we were there for virtual class for 16 hours, it was a very nice cabin and we were very comfortable. I would stay there again and recommend to anyone.

Cabin wasn't as clean as it should have been. There were two dirty wash clothes left in the bathrooms. There weren't any kitchen dish towels. No toilet paper in the downstairs half bathroom. The new cookware was very nice and the fall decorations in the cabin were beautiful and a great touch.

After booking our trip for one week we had to change our plans and make another week. You guys were wonderful with the changes and rescheduling of dates. The cabin was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for our family of ten ages 4-54. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner, either by phone or message. Check in and out were very easy and pain free. We will stay with Eagle Resort again, and would definitely recommend to others.

We stayed for a week in cabin #3. It was nice and clean. Bathroom has been redone and was very modern. Cabin is a little smaller than pictured in photos, but fit all 12 of our guests comfortably. The kitchen definitely needs some updating on the pots/pans and utensils. Not a lot of choices when you are preparing food and cooking meals. The air hockey table kept eating the pucks. Our garbage didn’t get picked up for the first 4 days. We had to call twice for them to come by at 10pm and get it before the animals got into it. The driveway sits on a hill. You have to be careful going up and down you don’t destroy your vehicle. The check in process was really easy and they were super friendly. Checking out was a breeze. Just a few simple things and a phone call. Overall, we would stay here again. Thank you!!

Easy reservations, courteous and knowledgeable staff, great cabin locations, clean and well maintained cabin, Wi-fi, easy check out, quick response for maintenance issue. ...... However, as much as I totally respect their privilege to rent cabins just as I do, Large groups of motorcycle riders sure do disrupt the tranquility of the neighborhood cabins with the frequent pass by tours. We've had this issue before , but we typically are not prone to complain. Honestly, I think they mislead you on how many riders they slip into each rental. .... But, our vacation was GREAT in your cabin, and we expect to see you all again in November. Have a great summer!

The only concern we had was that a couple of our young adults broke out in rashes after being in the hot tub. I would suggest checking that out for the future so no one else has to go through what they went through with the rashes. We were in ER3. Thanks

Office staff excellent . Cabin could use some repair. Upstairs toliet runs all the time. Mattresses are old & show it. Upstairs bedrm ( 2 double beds) had very poor mattresses, bowed in middle & not fit to sleep in. Sheets were poor quality. Blankets were dirty. Plastic chair in front porch broke & my husband fell to the deck hitting his head . ( he is 70).?other than these items it was fine.
