Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom and king-sized bed. The master bedroom features a large Jacuzzi for indoor relaxation. The second bedroom offers private access to the screened-in porch where you will find a toasty hot tub ready and waiting. There is also plenty of room for outside dining with great patio furniture and a gas grill at your disposal. All area attractions and restaurants are just minutes away by car.

The cabin was absolutely perfect. Had everything we needEd except electric CanOpener would not work but we got it opened LOL As an older couple it’s always easier to talk to someone then going online and try to rent your cabin for a vacation. That was just a little bit of problem we had at that time but we thank you for everything.

Checking in was a breeze. The cabin was extremely clean. The location was excellent, just mins from the main parkway. Hot tub and swimming pool was convenient located, however, we didn't use either. I can't say anything bad about the stay, planning on booking again soon!

It was very easy to book online and it was nice that we didn’t have to go to the office doe check-in or check-out. I didn’t like that we called as soon as we got there needing some help and maintenance was suppose to come. They never showed up. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

We have been loyal customers for over 25 years. We don’t like to criticize so I will keep it brief. Overall things were great. The only complaint I have is that the cabin does not have adequate cooking utensils, for example no pizza pan and no barbecue mop. The electric can opener works Sporadically, the bathroom faucet is completely stripped out and the cleaning crew are not doing a good job. I will stay with you guys again because this is the first time I have had this experience. I should have paid attention to some of the reviews about this particular cabin but like I say overall no big problems

Son and wife saw a bear on the porch of the cabin only 1 cabin away on the first night going towards the garbage can; next AM there was garbage out on porch. beautiful decorating! (only minor flaws were the DVD player didn't work and remotes didn't work completely and no menu of programming, even after the man came out to fix them. No lights worked in hot tub.)

Things went well I wish there was a manuel to explain how things should be left for check out. A laminated sheet that could be wiped off would be perfect. Also a good way to get ahold of you if there is a problem. It was difficult to reach you.

The reservation process and communication with representatives was great. The cabin itself (Barbara’s View) left much to be desired. The hot tub did not work, nor did one of the bedroom TVs. There was a burned out bulb in a lamp in the other bedroom. The air conditioner filter was past due for a change. I have stayed in several cabins in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and this one was the worst we have stayed in comparatively. With that said, it wasn’t horrible, it just needs some TLC. Someone needs to take a slow walk through the cabin and make it more appealing. We will use Eagle Properties again. I know that these things would have been addressed if I had called. I will not bash your company online or in person.

We loved the peace and solitude of the cabin plus the close proximity to everything though we would highly recommend some updates like working WIFI (it did not stay working for us for about 95% of our 7 day/6 night stay), add updated appliances, add oven mitts (there was only 1 pot holder), my family member would like standard sized toilet seats (they were smaller than the usual ones found everywhere), grill lighter was out of fluid, grill needs to be cleaned (we had to skip using the grill and cook on the stove instead), and add a manual crank can opener as the electric one did not work well. Reservation process was a little difficult as I had to call on day of travel during a pit stop on the road at 11:06am (5 hours prior to checkin) to receive further information of the cabin address when I found out that I had another expense of taxes which I thought was included when I used with Rooms101.com. Our travels were delayed a good 30 minutes for the phone call, rental contract emailed to me that I couldn’t thoroughly read through before quickly signing while on the road, and having to photograph and email my license. This should have been done at least 24 hours prior to checkin so I could have ample time to review, sign, and photograph my license. Other than those items, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again plus recommend the cabins to friends and family. Thank you!

I'd stayed with y'all in the past and was very happy with the overall experience at the Eagle Ridge cabins. I say that because this time I was first directed to go to one of the Heritage cabins and was disappointed. The lay out didn't seem right, the living room was too crowded with the couch and the sleeping arrangement made no sense. But after a short phone call and wonderful care from the manager (Michelle) I was put up into one of the cabins near where I stayed before. And it was like I remembered it. Then I got a follow up pho e call to make sure everything was to my liking. And it definitely was other than the hot water having some problems but that was fixed real quick as soon as the maintenance guy showed up and checked the water heaters. On had tripped and it was a simple fix and 15 mins later I had scolding hot water. The Care was Great and I will most definitely be back for another stay!
